Noodles Company - Naperville

I would give a 5 star but I'm giving a 4 star bc the guy who took my order the other day was very rude I had my nieces and nephew order bc they know what they want and the guy that took our order huffed and puffed at them and he rolled his eyes whenthe asked for extra cheese for there Mac and cheese and my little niece is vegan and when I ordeed for her I ask for a butternoodle sub spaghetti noodle and no butter but sub olive or veggie oil and he said under his breath really and I was like yeareally. But other then that the food was amazing and the staff the brought us our food where very cool. I don't won't this guyfired but disciplined. I use to work for this company and I know this isn't allowed. Also just remembered with in me typeingthis I asked for kids cups and a said we never had kids cups and I said sorry thought you guys did and he was like no we neverdid and know it's time to pay in a rude meaner. This happened Wednesday December 7 around 7

The food is very good. Person taking our order seemed annoyed when we asked for additions to our selected noodle dish and he was not helpfully informative. Tables are not wiped off It is very chilly in this Naperville Noodles at 75th Street.

I ordered a reg pasta Fresca with parm chicken and cheese and a reg penne Rosa and the meals taste like they had been sitting for a day or two. The meat was tough and dark and I barely had any vegetables in my Fresca. I am so disgusted with noodles andcompany on 75th street in Naperville Il. Reached out to guest relations and still haven?t heard back from them.

This is an average noodle stop for us. We enjoyed their thai noodles as well as their Mac and cheese selections. We enjoyed their variety with choosing proteins. The checkout staff member was very friendly and helpful. The food is definitely a 4 butour table was a little dirty when we sat down which was odd because they had just opened so I would think they would clean atclosing and tables would be fresh for the next day. Another nice perk is the choose your own soda machine that allows you tocustomize any way you like. Overall I would give 3.75.

Why has the hygiene in every restaurant deteriorated. It's visible seriously. Stop hiring unhygienic workers. I almost threw up looking at the state of this restaurant. The person cleaning the table was so disinterested he didn't do a good job at all. Arewe waiting for another pandemic to wipe out the few lucky ones that escaped covid?? Is the Naperville city health departmentlistening??
