Lived this place. Always great food, clean and super service! However ..they closed Naples location without customer notice on 10-12-22!! Bad management!!!
$60 for 3 Sándwiches that we are not worth 10. My wife sandwich came without blows on all only chicken no salad no tomatoes no onions only bread and chicken what a joke
I give 4 stars because I like John Kruk. If it wasn't for him, it would be a 3-star rating. I'm from Pennsylvania, so I had my fair share of cheese steaks on my day. I have the crucible that's just a cheese steak with onions, mayonnaise and ketchup. Needed to ask what?s because the menu board does not say. Here?s my two cents on this cheese steak: 1. Good quality meat in a sandwich, but much too skating on how much was in the bungalow. Do you add more meat or use a smaller bungalow and fall the price from $12.50? 2. Flavor was great, but as others have mentioned, it was a bit too fat. 3. I believe they get the roles from Philadelphia to keep it authentic, but again, as others mentioned, the role tasted a little stale and hard to chew. If that was a $7 cheese steak, I would keep my comments to me, but at $12.50 I expected better from a place specializing in cheese steaks. Fries were here. Perfectly cooked and had great taste. $5.25 for one serving and it will feed two people. Drinking $2.79 for a well (Coke products) should it come with an autographed John Kruk baseball card? We went on Sunday and received 25% of our bill, so that was a nice surprise. We had nothing to mention, the girl behind the counter told us we would get the discount. Must be a Sunday special. Would you like to see a combo meal on the menu for a sandwich, fries and a drink. Service was good from the younger staff behind the counter. A proposal, however, would be to bring the whole food to the table at once instead of followed by a cheese steak at a time with our fries. Store was clean with some Phillies memorabilia scattered, but it could definitely use a little more Philadelphia decorations to support the name of this place. Maybe you have a TV playing in the 1980, 1993, 2008 or 2009 World Series the Phillies were in. This place has potential. Just need smaller improvements if it will take a few years.
The place was good in the past. The last two times the bread was stale and old. They think by heating the bread up makes it fresh again. Last time for me.
