Mcdonald's - Naples

Awful workers and service as a whole. Order a two cheeseburger meal with a sprite and the employee was rude to take the order. I paid and they didn't give a receipt, even though I asked for one. I have to order the window and an rude black girl gave me the wrong order first, then it was as if I had been a pain and almost didn't give me the right order. Had to ask for a drink, and again they were rude and pretended to be a pain and gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a sprite, but they gave me a water without ice. Try to go to another facility if possible

Rude Associates. The atmosphere is not welcome at all.

Very clean very courteous people also and service quickly as usual.

Excellent experience. Breakfast sandwich was actually toasted well and hot. Please send out this team to train other locations how to make food well.

7:30 am on a Sunday morning and the joint is in the weeds... The guy at the counter they are preparing his coffee for a third time, finally got it right... Otherwise, food is good as always, inside of restaurant is clean, outside is getting cleaned up after what must have been a busy Saturday night...
