The Capital Grille

Absolutely the best service I've ever received. Will is an incredible server and I have not had this much of an amazing dinner in a long time. It was my birthday! They thought of everything. 1000 out of 5 stars.

Went for the endless pour and tried some exceptional wines.

We had an amazing evening. Brenda and the generous pour program made the evening. I highly recommend. The stiff 1942 did not hurt.

We haven't had much luck lately with our dining experiences. The food or service has been horrible lately. Not sure what the issues are but these are all the same restaurants we've been dining in for years with good food and service every time, but here lately that has not been the case. Our experience at Capital was top notch. They have not succumbed to whatever is happening with others lately. The food was fantastic. The server was superb and our daughter's birthday experience was solidified as solid. We will be back to Capital since it was the only restaurant that has delivered on its service, quality, and reputation lately.

The hubby and I ate here for our anniversary. Our table was decorated (red heart confetti) and a card from the staff, to our surprise. We started with two appetizers, the calamari and the cherrywood smoked bacon. I ordered the noble paloma to sip on with our appetizers. They brought out a variety of bread, which was warm. I ordered the roasted beet and goat cheese salad, and it did not disappoint. For our meal, the hubs ordered a ribeye (medium), and I ordered the aged new york strip (medium). Both came out at the perfect temperature. The only complaint I would say was that there was too much char on the steaks (fire was maybe too hot). For our sides, we ordered the creamed corn, brussel sprouts, and the mashed potatoes. We were full, to say the least. We brought a lot of leftovers. To end the night, they brought us a beautiful dessert for our anniversary. The dessert had a mini cheesecake brûlée style and a mini chocolate expresso cake. It was perfect! Our waiter was attentive the entire time as well as the waitstaff. Parking: The valet was great, however it was hard getting out because of Del Frisco's valet.
