Whataburger

I have given this location several chances. This evening in particular I ordered Uber eats. The food is not edible at all. Whoever sent this out did not care that this was my dinner after a long shift or that even though they sent bad and stale food I will still tip the delivery driver and go to bed hungry because I care about people.

Saturday March 16, 2024 ate around 6:30pm Ate a double cheeseburger, fries, and a few 2 chicken strips. Grease to the chicken strips tasted old, didn’t finish them. Ate both fries and burger. Cheeseburger was very greasy. Lord only knows what goes on in this kitchen at this location.Around 10:25pm that night, I had very bad stomach cramps, indigestion, gas, a lot of burping, nausea, stomach kept moving around feel something moving upward and downward.. feel this will make a grand exit either diarrhea or puking. Absolutely awful. Will not be eating here. Had all of these symptoms all night.Truly feel I have been food poisoned by their food.

I had to call to get my meal replaced, which was the patty melt. The paddies were old and the toast was burnt, called and spoke with manager, who asked if I could come back up there, I had to send my co worker back up there, they replaced the sandwich which wasn't any better and she sent cold old fries.This location of tarrant parkway is not a good one to stop at. They take forever no matter if your in the drive through or go in. They really need new management

So everyone knows during the busiest times of the day, lunch and dinner. Maybe even breakfast that lines move rather slow as well as the indoors. However, it seems no matter what the time of day is at this Whataburger it's always moving slow. The last hamburger I got here was the driest most unthought out construction of a burger. I never even ate it. I got fries that I swear were left over from a week ago and they forgot my drink yet. I find myself on the horns of a dilemma, mainly because I am a Texan through and through born and raised here and I will always return back to Whataburger.

I eat Whataburger every week. Tonight was the best it was cooked perfect. And the service was great. Thank you so much.
