Brothers Burger Joint - Nashville

Our Melinda server was so unnecessarily rude. I understand you at 4:00. We came at 3:17 and she took ten minutes to tell us something. She was shaky all the time. We even ordered our food for the two who wouldn't make it in time. She wasn't rude at the table of white women next to us as she was with us. We were so uncomfortable that we wanted to go. I've had this experience in your institution before. I love this place. That was my last visit before I went to Colorado. I can't believe the experience was so terrible. I wasn't rude to her and even tried to work with her. We went at 3:35. Not even a full twenty minutes, but we decided it wasn't worth it. I'll write it outside the joint. Make sure to get another server. Even if you are there thirty minutes before closing, you should still be treated with respect.

The food is consistent and always delicious. The portion sizes are good; I ordered the friend chicken salad with four tenders and could not eat half of it. It is probably my favorite thing on the menu, but the burgers are excellent. Try some of their homemade sauces! You didn't disappoint at all. There are usually not waiting and the staff is always so nice. We come here quite regularly and had no bad experience yet.

Service was great! Friends were good, but...ordered the Uncle Sam Burger and it saw appetite! When I'm in the burger, the meat smells and tastes like seafood. That was unexpected. They serve Po boys so I think they have to cook everything on the same grill that should not happen. I guess it's good that I'm not allergic to seafood. I couldn't finish the burger, so he was pretty upset.

Nice lunch. Our guards was excellent food was good, fresh and large quantities. The Koleslawin wasn't my favorite, but I'll get my Koleslawin. Overall, I would go back and recommend.

I don?t know why I cannot give this place 10 stars! We just ordered some shrimp and their Jump Back Jack burger. Burger was juicy, flavorful, grilled to perfection. The bun? Soft, buttery and holds everything together very well! Over all amazing food! Than you Penelope.
