Knockout Wings - Nashville

The tea is unique, refreshing, and delicious. I Ordered an 8pc chicken wing combo mild with Cajun fries. Fries were good. Best biscuit I've ever had... The wings - as a self proclaimed wing connoisseur, I was disappointed... The texture of the sauce was very thick and did not have a good flavor. The sauce was however plenty spicy for me and I like a little heat on my wings. The wings were cooked in grease that to me tasted as if it had not been cleaned or changed out in sometime. To conclude the meal left me feeling a bit ill the remainder of the day. Perhaps I got a bad batch of wings, but I won't be back based on my experience. Grading: Tea - 9/10 Biscuits - 10/10 Cajun fries - 7/10 Wings - 3/10

Great prices. As a former TSU graduate, I always come back to what I know and loved while I was in college. This place has friendly staff and polite whenever I visit. The prices are decent and you get a lot of food. I love the biscuits, meaty wings, and Cajun fries. The tea is my favorite beverage. I tell anyone visiting Nashville to be sure to stop by, they won't be disappointed. Being from Memphis, I've had my share of wings; however I still believe Memphis has the best wings, but Knockout is good enough for me. I never found a better place in Nashville, so I stick to what I like.
