Krystal - Nashville

I've been in the worst place. there were only two cars in front of me and the area was empty. at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and it wasn't as if they cooked everything to order because eating wasn't even hot and the rolls were shaken up as if they were sitting in a warmer for two days. never again at this place.

I'll wait through the long drive. 2 cheeses of crystals that were cooked halfway and the rolls were soggy. I have always loved krystals, but they seem to have lost their touch. Maybe so many are closing.

I came at 10:57 to order lunch. the dame on the journey through said I could not begin to order lunch until 11:05. I'm back in the line and moved up at 11:04. she said she couldn't take my orders to lunch. I circled around and waited until it was 11:05, at which point she said that they did not take orders for the next 10 minutes. 0/5 stars.

Do you want to eat bad service and cold? that is the place for them. sat today and only ordered their signature krystal 's, they have made them big time. avoid this place.

My entire order was wrong order a number 1 large with tots and a dirt coke and two KrystalChicks no pickles got 4 Krystal’s with cheese, a chili cheese tot and a med drink and two Chiken biscuits…..,How the non reading a screen and order does this happen?Do you just give me whatever you have?And to boot I returned my food they gave me and I got nothing but a refund for my food that they inputted incorrectly and wasted my lunch break.This is unacceptable service and service not rendered.
