Food was so fresh and tasted really good! Haven't had my Haitian food in a while. I almost cried it was so freaking good

It is very good! But nothing like the picture! Park is a side item and rice the main dish.

I placed an order for delivery between 12:10 and 12:20, but it wasn't ready for the driver until nearly 12:30. The food was good overall, although some dishes could use a bit more seasoning. My favorites were the Soup Joumou, the Pate (even though I received spinach instead of the right filling), and the Conch Fritters. I also appreciate the sturdy packaging they use! I will definitely order from them again. As a Nigerian woman, I truly appreciate the flavors of our cousin's cuisine!

Griot and pikliz in Nashville? I'm in love! For context, griot is so delicious that it used to be featured on the menu at Acme Feed and Seed because the owners—or perhaps the chef—were such fans that they brought it to one of Nashville's most popular spots! Although it’s no longer available there, which left a gap for Haitian cuisine, Chez Lama has come to the rescue! While nothing can truly compare to my mother's cooking or the fantastic Haitian restaurants in Miami, this place is definitely a worthy alternative! I always recommend the rice and beans; top it with the Griyo Island Pork and add the Pikliz for an incredible taste experience. It's amazing to have some of the best food from the Caribbean right here! I try to order from Chez Lama once a week, and it never disappoints!

I took a bite of my food, and all I could taste was burnt rice. I came here expecting a good meal, but I can't even eat it. I'm really disappointed, especially since you usually do a great job. I had just come home from work, looking forward to a nice dinner.
