Chopt Creative Salad Co.

This was my first bad experience with Chopt. The salad consisted of 99% lettuce with two pieces of tofu, no boiled egg, no bleu cheese and a single slice of avocado.

Loved Chopt in other cities but after trying this one a couple times I have to opine. The ingredients are NOT fresh looking or tasting. The lettuces are brown at the edges as if they weren't freshly chopped and the other items each look old. I'm so disappointed as I would have come here all the time. The people serving me were very nice.

My recent visit to Chopt was a major disappointment. The employees' rude behavior left a sour taste from the moment we walked in. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was far from acceptable, making the dining experience less than pleasant. To top it off, we found a hair in my girlfriend's food, which was truly revolting. This experience left us with a strong urge to never return, and we hope Chopt can make some serious improvements in the future.

The food is great but honestly some of the worst customer service there is. best of luck people! lol.
