If you’re looking for a morning pick me up, this is your place to go! Yummy protein shakes and energy teas loaded with all your vitamins! My favorite tea is the Southern Belle! Staff is so kind and helpful with finding YOUR favorite flavors and giving suggestions!

My mother and I walked inside this shop and were met with an unwelcoming and rude owner. Instead of a polite hello he ogled at us wide eyed and asked “have you been here before?” He was condescending and belittling assuming we did know what a protein shake was. He proceeded to delineate the intricacies of a protein shake which was laughable and offensive assuming we were looking for a “milk shake”. As a triathlete I of course know about meal replacement shakes. Overall, we left with a sour taste in our mouths, a sprinkling of ignorance on an otherwise sunny Thursday afternoon.

Very nice workers super clean establishment. AWESOME teas and shakes!
