What brings me back isn't just the food, prices, or cleanliness—it's the personal connection I've developed with the family who runs it. They are genuinely dedicated to helping their neighbors, often providing meals to those in need without hesitation. My loyalty to New Moon goes beyond their delicious food; it's rooted in their role as a good neighbor. I'm grateful they're part of Naugatuck, and I believe you will be too. However, I feel compelled to address some reviews that seem unfair. Out of all the feedback I read, only two negative reviews appeared to be from a single disgruntled individual who created multiple accounts to undermine the restaurant. This person is a former driver who was let go for issues related to alcohol and who refused to return $200 owed. He also had a habit of delivering food late on purpose. It's disheartening that a business would be impacted by the criticisms of a past employee. I've reported this to Google and taken steps to address it personally. I encourage you to look at the reviews closely; it's evident they are from the same source. While I won't mention this person's name, if you receive a delivery from an older white male driving a white four-door Ford, I recommend noting your review, as this could be the same individual. Issues like this have particularly occurred in late summer.

I consistently have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff is polite and busy, yet friendly. I highly recommend it.
