Harvey's - Nepean

I went through the drive-thru and it was pretty slow due to being short-staffed. The food was typical for a fast food burger place. I have to give credit to the employees who were working tirelessly. However, the owner deserves criticism for not hiring enough staff. If they offer better pay, they will have more success in hiring adequate help.

Harvey's always serves delicious food, they make the best hamburgers.

Got a meal and got back to hotel. No fries. How do you screw that up? Not busy.

I must admit that I am biased when it comes to Harvey's, as I have been eating their veggie burger for more than 20 years. As such, I usually enjoy my meal whenever I eat at a Harvey's, unless something weird happens.This franchise is no different, as I have always liked eating here over the years. Indeed, you will get a typical Harvey's experience at this location, which I truly mean as a compliment.

Brandon at the front counter was above what I expect going into any fast food establishment. He was exceptionally well mannered and should be looked at as the measuring stick of what customer service should be. Well done sir. I hope those above you at Harvey’s know what a great employee they have!!!!
