Starbucks - New Berlin

Disgusting... do yourself a favor and avoid this location. much better coffee shops around town.

Ordered a venti hot drink today, and it wasn’t even filled to the top. For the price of drinks at Starbucks, I would have preferred it reach the top so I’m not paying for a large and getting the size below. The staff are usually nice though, I would just like for the drinks to be filled properly.

I was not greeted or tended to while being the only one standing at the counter for a couple of minutes and there was someone available to take my order. Second when my drink was made it was running over but yet still handed to me. I had to ask for another cup and there was attitude for no reason when I tried to let the young lady know about it. Service: Take out

No internet and employees did not help resolve it. Also no sugar available at table low quality of service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
