Maybe tell your employees to pay more attention next time? The only reason I went there was to get pork ribs. I heard the cashier tell the bbq slicer guy 5 porkers. But somehow, the pork ribs never made it into my bag. I'm pretty sure he never sliced it. They did upsell me on some turkey slices though. I repeat, the only reason I went was to get pork ribs. The one thing I went out to get, I never got. Perhaps the cashier guy should repeat my order back to me? Perhaps the cutter should repeat back for quality assurance? Perhaps they should pay attention? I regret tipping him.

Bbq sauce needs some spice.. Definitely not the best in town.

Brisket was bone dry all I could taste was the smoke. I only ordered 2 slices of it. Sausage was ok pork ribs had no flavor at all
