Burger King - New Castle

OMG, the worst experience ever. You would think this was everyone's first day on the job. There were a total of 5 groups of people for lunch. Burger managed to **** off all 5 groups of people. It was a joke from waiting over 10 minutes when you are the first one in line to having to go back up to the counter after you sat down because you were tired of waiting. On top of that they screwed up EVERYONE's order. They couldn't get it straight on what was ordered and everyone had to take back food or tell them again what they ordered. They couldn't even get it straight if it was a take out or eat in! It was a joke. There had to be 7 people working in the back and no one had a sense of what was going on. Very poor management. I will Never return. It was the WORST. I will recommend that no one goes there again. It was ridiculous.
