The Compass Inn - New Forest

After some disappointing visits under the previous seat we visited vicky and experience the new team. brilliant! friendly, friendly, good eating and efficient. we're just 500 meters away and it's so good to have such a local that we're going whenever we want.

Visited lunch with some friends,is a lively blooming pub earlier, but on the day we visited it was empty. However, when I saw the menu and eating, I was not surprised. very limited menu, most of our group had toastie,.cheap white brot not to see a piece sourded. the service was slow, even if we were the only ones that were too busy there to talk to each other. no ambiente will be visited

I met friends here to eat. eating here was always nice, but since the new owners it has been downhill. very limited menu and found no information about the specials only after our order. that was terrible. Lumpy cold maic served on cold plates, oily. chips and salat, which was literally only salate. a very nice pub, but we will not visit again.

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely and traditional pub. Vicky, the fantastic host, made us feel very welcome. The menu is limited but the food is delicious. It's even better that they welcome dogs as well.

The compass Inn is a Lovely traditional country Pub, which has recently changed hands The new landlady Vicky landlord (Ash) were very welcoming and the atmosphere was cosy and friendly. A group of us went for an evening meal, Great steaks with...mushroom peppercorn sauce, chips salad, the men enjoyed the Awesome Burger stack with Beef, Bacon, Venison chicken. We will be back again soon.
