Greco Pizza & Donair - New Glasgow

I don't see the reason for all the complaints from these individuals about being unemployed. These reviews are the most negative I have ever read.

Every time we eat at NG Greco, we are consistently let down by the food quality. We ordered a Donair sub with extra meat and cheese, but when we called to complain about it, they insisted that it was prepared correctly.

I tried to use a gift card at this restaurant, but none of the staff knew how to accept it as payment. Despite making calls to seek help, they were unable to resolve the issue. I would recommend avoiding using gift cards at this establishment.

We placed an order online. Received the food after a signifiant delay because the driver had received the wrong address from Greco. I called the store to see if we could be compensated and was told the manager would call me back. Never did. I felt bad for the driver because he went to the wrong address, wasted his time and gas. The food was cold and needless to say a huge disappointment. Greco isn’t the same as it was years ago.

I wish I could give zero stars. I got three calzones, all three were either raw, or cold in the middle and burnt. I went to the store and buddy working said to my face yeah we don 't do refunds ....Terrible food. Terrible service. Dirty place as well
