Colony House offers a true Midwest small city dining experience. It is a family-owned business that has been around forever. The food is of excellent quality and served in generous portions with a good menu selection. The decor has a mid-century feel. While there may not be many options in New Haven, Colony House is a hidden gem for those craving authentic all-American Midwest cuisine.

I am now addicted to the cookies and gravy that are not on my diet! The food, cook, and service are all great. This restaurant is a must for anyone looking for a great culinary experience.

Owner's retired and have shut down the restaurant. Hopefully they have a wonderful retirement, they were a pillar in the community for years .
