Breadh was filled with taste and the Matzo was light and tasty. My pork chops were grilled for perfection and generously covered with juicy peppers, onions and mushrooms. We tried the potato pancakes, they were crispy and creamy middle. The gyroscope was filled with meat. And the Tzatziki sauce was the best I ever tasted. Coffee was very good. Staff very friendly and attentive.
That's a great diner. The soup and salad bar has a wide selection of vegetables and salads. There are 3 soups to choose from and you can have a bowl or a cup. The cinnamon and the cheese bread are amazing! The ducks are cheap. They're a little excited, but it's happening everywhere. If you order from the value menu, you also get dessert that is not pudding or jello like other places, you can choose from any cake in case or you can also get huge cookies, eclairs or other sweet items in case. It was a bit waiting, but it wasn't too bad. They were a little short hand, but the server was very pleasant. We gave her a good tip. Will definitely go back. Not near where we live, but we are never disappointed and it is worth it.
Big group for dinner. Everyone seemed happy with his meals. Eissalat Bar, which is hard to find nowadays. I didn't care about my chicken croquettes, but all the other ducks looked good and everyone seemed happy. The service was especially good for a large group. Bakery cases were tempting, but I didn't take part.
The Potroast was not for me, but the soup and salad bar was great... Idk, when people thought red sauce and peas were ok on potroast lol
Tried the Eagle Diner for the first time today on the recommendation of a friend. The salad bar was terrific with an assortment of soups, fresh vegetables, cheese bread, even had rice pudding, one of my favorites! I was served a pot of coffee with my delicious order of chicken Parmesan. Dessert was also included and wasn’t the usual menial offering of other diners, but a selection from their tempting pastry bar. Enjoyed the oldies background music too! This is definitely now my favorite eating place!
