Bravo Ny Pizza - New Milford

Been getting bravo for years, good overall but as far as the pizza is concerned, the recipe seems to have changed a bit. Not loving it as much as I did in previous years.

I went a couple of days ago to try the New Bravo Chesses Bread Sticks and they was amazing,I would definitely recommend

Do NOT order the chicken Marsala. It’s literally left over chicken in onion broth. Horrible.

This is the second time in a row come here and they have messed up on my order. My husband has an allergy to cheese, so when I called to order a chicken parm grinder, I said “ with absolutely no cheese please”. When I get there, it has cheese on it. Once again. When I told the employee that was wrong, he offered to remake it and requested the other grinder back. When I asked for a refund, he said “ I can give you a discount” when I looked at my bank statement, he had only refunded me 1.50$!! And I still had to wait 20 minutes while they remade it. And on top of that, I had ordered pasta, sausage, peppers and the pasta was so over cooked that it was soggy. You can easily see the pool of water/oil that is in the pasta. Absolutely do not recommend. My family will not be returning again.

We order pizza every week from here we absolutely love there pizza and there bomb chicken parm sandwiches.the wouldnt order from any place else between the good food and the wonderful customers service we love bravo
