Bud's Broiler - New Orleans

I thought it was going to be great. But it was mediocre at best. Very disappointing. Bun cold, meat no flavor, fries ok. But nothing special. Wendy's is 10 times better.

Went in at 3 pm. There was 2 people waiting for food and 2 people waiting to order, and 4 employees. After 15 min, that was still the situation. One of the employees then asked if the other had taken the order of me and the other people waiting, he said no I didn’t see them there (we were impossible to miss). Another 5 minutes pass, no one takes an order. I left.

Love the food and the new spot i just think the old location across the street had character and old memories!!!

I never leave reviews , but I went today and ordered a Burger east right ?, waited 25minutes for itAnd the patty was so cold I thought it hadn’t been cooked until I looked at it .I had to microwave the patty for 2 minutes lmao Very disappointed in my order.Gonna stay away from here for a while

The Bud 's Broiler across from Delgado was a childhood staple, especially after Carrollton Boosters soccer games. This newer one is right off of City Park Rd on canal and has plenty of seating. You can 't go wrong with the #6 dressed cheddar burger (I usually hold the pickles and mustard) or if I 'm feeling healthy , I get the #10 regular Chicken a sandwich (they also have an eat fit one). Throw in the Chili Hickory Sauce Cheese French Fries and a Coke Zero and you 're set. The guys working the counter have always been friendly. Sometimes the place can get busy and you 'll wait a minute for your order.
