This restaurant is truly fantastic. The food is delicious and the service is always quick! The staff is also very friendly, making this Dunkin' a great place to dine.

This is the best coffee spot in the area. Their cold brew is the smoothest and most velvety coffee available, and their food is excellent.

A lady freaked out over an employee asking someone else to put a mask on and over the employee not telling another employee to stir her drink. The employees handled things with Karen very well, and my drink turned out great! Who would've thought I could stir my drink on my own?! :D

I went through the drive-thru and encountered rude service from the female staff. They seemed to not care much about the customer. When I got home, I discovered a hair in my drink. I immediately called the store to inform them, and the gentleman who answered was friendly and concerned. He offered several solutions, and I chose a refund. When I went back to the store, the girls working there were still unfriendly. This experience has made me hesitant to return to this restaurant. The young man who helped me was very nice and helpful, and I hope the female staff can learn from his example to improve their service.
