Feedback gevenWhat happened to Pizza Hut?? I spent $50 on a large pizza and 12 little wings it was NOT worth it. Though the wings had a good taste, it wasn't worth the money, and the pizza was garbage to much bread n sauce. fyi, it does NOT look like the pictures! Want my advice? Find a Domino'
I mean seriously reconsider if you are using debit here. My order was 15.32 and they charged me 18.38 twice then 15.32 the next day. The 18.38x2 was schemed because it didn’t show up on their report. Therefore they couldn’t return it to me but it’s showing on my bank account. I noticed the evening I was in there and was promised a refund that I never got. Went talk to the rep twice she said be patient. I called the hotline they promised a call between 1-3 business days that I never got. Called my bank after I seen locals complain about the same thing. My bank said ph have to initiate the refund. Finally got a call from a cell phone after going to the BBB. A lady said she is the gm and tending to my request and this is between me and the bank. Needless to say an apology was given and she understood and acknowledged their errors and declined every penny of my refund, a store credit and all that. DONT USE YOUR CREDIT CARDS HERE!!
This place needs to close! My husband went in and ordered a pizza because once again online ordering was not available. Got home and got settled. The pizza had marinara sauce versus the garlic Parmesan sauce he asked for. We tried several times to contact them. The first time somebody picked up the phone and hung it up. The next three times I called, somebody finally answered and placed me on hold to never come back. I tried calling a few more times to not get an answer. I don’t live close to this establishment. I will try and go tomorrow.
The pizza was terrible,It tasted stall, especially the next day.

I received undesirable food, I tried not to complain so I brought the pizza home and put it in the oven to make it close to edible but then I placed another order, same day and I just had to return the pizza, the crust had burnt cheese all around it and it was very thin crust to say I order hand tossed crust, it was skimpy on cheese in the middle which caused it to dry out during baking but the manager said it dried out waiting in the warmer, no way! It was very clear that pizza wasn 't prepared right just by looking at the burnt cheese on the pizza crust. The manager(she) then snatched the pizza box from the counter and tossed it in the trash can telling me she wasn 't gonna remake it the pizza BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND THE OTHER TWO PIZZAS I bought earlier that day, she said she would give me store credit that I couldn 't use until tomorrow ir any other day so I asked her if that means they would be making better pizza tomorrow since she could remake it tomorrow but not today so I could take it home to my kids but her bad attitude continued. As I was leaving she told me she was THE GENERAL MANAGER if I needed to speak to someone it would still be her. If she 's a general manager ANYWHERE her bad attitude overrides it, I definitely didn 't believe her, it was probably to discourage me not to go further with this complaint but it didn 't at all, I 've spoken to several people about this and a report has been filed, God will handle the rest for me! Check out these pics of my pizza, a warmer didn 't burn that cheese around the crust that shouldn 't even be there ?This was not my first experience with unsatisfactory pizza but this is my first time complaining because I got two different orders on the same day, both orders were horrible, we had to cook our personal pan pizzas more at our house. My sister complained as soon as she got her pizza which was exactly 2min after I picked it up, she said her pizza was wet under the bottom, which indicates soggy, my pizza wasn 't near crispy, crunchy or even hot to say it was supposedly had just been cooked. The texture of the pizza was horrible.GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GREAT ATTITUDE IS WHAT ANY MANAGER SHOULD DISPLAY, this is never the case at this store under her management.#CheckOutThoseEdges
