Taco Bell - New Smyrna Beach

Last couple times I've gone inside on Saturday evenings with my son and his friend. Both times they reallyyy push ordering at the kiosk ?. I can and it's ok , but takes longer ! The other evening the employee you want to order at kiosk ? I said no not really . The employee WALKS past the two regular registers to help me out with the kiosk ?‍. Justtt let me order at the kiosk ! My son ordered at the kiosk, but still has to go to the register because he was paying cash. I prefer ordering at the register !

Nice folks my children love their food it's prepared to their liking every timeKid-friendliness: Their food and they always say hello to my kids

Staff is forcing customers to use the Kiosk. Not super friendly about it to customers.

It's Taco Bell, no complaints...my food was hot and exactly what I ordered.

Took my money at the window, told me to have a nice evening but didn't give me my food which was at the window. I had to ask.
