The lady who works there seems to speak English. And a nice lady she was. I went for the leaf bean curd to sit. 30 hkd. I wouldn't eat here again. The dining experience was incredible with a wide variety of options to choose from. The menu was not in English, so they had to bring a native speaker to help us. The owner, who was friendly and cheerful, made the experience even more enjoyable. We had the opportunity to try out many different vegetarian dishes, some of which were meat substitutes that even my non-vegan family members enjoyed. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.
This neighborhood restaurant in Hong Kong style also offers take-out options. It appears to have a Buddhist theme. Although there is no English menu, there are pictures of some of the items on the menu. The lady working there seems to speak English and was very pleasant. I ordered the leaf bean cow for 30 HKD. Unfortunately, I would not dine here again. This review was updated on Monday, August 17, 2015.
The food at this restaurant is incredible with a wide variety of options. The menu is not in English, so it helps to have a native speaker with you (thankfully, my family was able to assist). The owner is very friendly and always cheerful, making it a pleasure to sample the numerous vegetarian Buddhist dishes. There are also many meat substitutes that my non-vegan family members also enjoyed. I will definitely be returning when I am in the area.
