Subway - New Westminster

I can only assume by the rude service that this place doesn’t actually want customers and is a front for something shady.

I was very disappointed and I don’t usually complain but today I had such a bad experienceToday I dined in at this Subway for the first time during my break with my brother, my job is very physical in nature and we were so hungry and Subway is the closest and it’s always been our go to place. As I was placing my order the lady had a bad vibe she wasn’t looking too happy to serve customers I don’t know if she’s having a bad day or something but I didn’t mind at first because I’m there to order my food and get back to work. I was having a conversation with my brother when I realized she toasted my sandwich beside a sub that has bacon in it. I told her that due to my religious belief I have to request if I could possibly not have any of the bacon touched my food or use the same container where the pork is. I asked if I could change my sandwich. She gave me an attitude “you should’ve told me earlier” well I didn’t realized until it was taken from the oven, I was taken aback, the staff that day was plain rude. I would not visit this location again. I just didn’t feel a welcoming vibe to begin with and the service could’ve been better. Being kind and nice goes a long way.

Unlike other Subway locations, this location cut my sandwiches into halves and were individually wrapped. Greatly appreciated!

This place gave me food poisoning. I know it was this place because it was the only thing I ate today and now stuff is coming out both ways ?

It wasn't very busy when I was there but every table in the place was dirty. No complaints about the food.
