Domino's Pizza - New York

Pizza is great, but they have to pay more attention to ordering. first my soda forget the wrong one.

In any case not one of their better shops. they often underwarned the cakes, sad as they were my only delivery option. While I tried to help both sides, I called and asked to talk to the manager. they said he would call back the next day. he didn't. I also reported it, but that didn't help either. the concept of franchising was developed to maintain consistent quality. unfortunately does not get dominos.

The young staff here are quite amusing. The pizza is fantastic for the price. I tried the Penetration pizza, but I found it a bit overwhelming in terms of toppings. That seems to be a notable difference compared to other reviews. Overall, the toppings were great and it was served hot.

I guess I'm not surprised at the ridiculous service last night after I saw the reviews they have at this place. I will not write a whole batch and rant, I only strongly recommend going somewhere else. that's all.

I did not have a good experience. I ordered food(a small pizza, 2 orders of wings, a salad and a lava cake) for me and my team on Valentines weekend. I waited about 20mins before walking down to the restaurant. When I arrived my name wasn’t on the board, so I decided to wait. My name showed up, on the board about 5mins after entry and said that it would be ready in 20mins. When my order displayed “ready” I walked over to the checkout counter and asked for my food. The cashier told me it should be up, in a few minutes. I stood there another 6 minutes and then asked for my food again. The cashier gave me an order and good thing I wanted to verify because it was not my order. He took the wrong order back and I again had to wait for several minutes. When he finally called my name, I noticed my dips, for the wings for not there and salad was missing as well. When I inquired about my salad I was told “it should be right there”. I’m looking around and asking where and then he comes from around the counter and grabs a pre-wrapped salad from a box(I paid nearly $9). I walked out in utter disappointment. When I got back to the store I realized I was still missing salad dressing and blue cheese for my wings. I would like a full refund or something to compensate me, for my time and money
