Il Mulino New York Tribeca

The manager at this restaurant location, Christian, is one of the most unhelpful and rude individuals I have ever encountered, especially for a restaurant manager. After waiting 20 minutes for a bottle of wine, receiving soup that was different from what was described, and being served another table's food, we expressed our concerns about the service. Christian's response was, "you pay for the food, not the service." I have never heard of a restaurant manager saying something like that to a customer. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, with a great ambiance and fantastic service. I have dined here for both brunch/lunch and dinner, and I have been impressed every time. I highly recommend trying the chicken parm, Il Mulino burger, and the espresso martini!

Came here for lunch with a friend. The pasta was very good! It was a nice quiet space for lunch. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be back again!

It's a great place with possibly the best food you can get. Definitely the best Italian food I've ever had in the US. I can't wait to go back and have some more.

What a treat. First, the place has the coolest vibe with great lighting and a wonderful bar. We sat at a table and both the waiter and busboy were so attentive, and fast. I ordered the lamb and my wife ordered the porcini ravioli. Let me just say, the food was cooked to perfection. The flavors were out of this world, and the kind that make you want to go back for more. At some point both the manager and general manager came over to say hello to make sure the evening was going well. I noticed that everyone in this place works. No one standing around checking their phones. Our waiter Melo was outstanding at making sure to pace the meal properly. He was attentive, and never let our drinks go dry. If and when I'm back in NY this place is definitely on our list of places to eat. Great job all and we will see you again. Cheers!
