Persepolis - New York

Persepolis has been in our neighborhood for years but we never got there. It's a spacious but intimate-feeling restaurant with very attentive, friendly service and excellent (and abundant! food. Also a range of very good variations on the mojito! The eggplant appetizers and, of course, kebabs are excellent. Very nice decor.

Our dinner was very oily, to a disgusting extent. Although the food was flavorful, every spoonful of stew was visibly doused in oil. We tried to dab some off the surface but it was kind of futile.

Delightful experience. Fine food. Top quality service. Server Ozoda suggestions spot on. Kudos!!

First time here and absolutely loved it. Will be back soon go try more!

The only thing better than the food which was exquisite was the extraordinary service. Absolutely perfect experience.
