The service was fast. my burger wasn't really hot. more like cold bungalow and cheese with a warm patty. the place was a little dirty with a broken drink machin...

Dirty tables..all of them. and all mud cans were flooded. bathroom in the 2nd floor was out of order. homeless people in the interior and outside the facility....

Delivered the wrong (cheaper of course) burger. When I queried this they insisted it was correct. THe basic hamburger (no bacon no cheese) was poor.

Ordering kiosk should speed up the process but waiting over 15 minutes for my food was a bit much. Asked for one sauce or ketchup for my fries and was told 25¢....
