Feedback gevenWORST MANAGED CHIPOTLE ALWAYS out of key ingredients when you show up within 2 hours of close.. lettuce, tomatoes, beans, etc. Also, the staff are not properly trained on rolling burritos. Don?t waste your time waiting in line at this garbage location!
I picked up a bowl today and had an incredibly rude experience with one of the employees. I always get corn as a topping on my bowl but they ran out (even though it was in the middle of the day). So I asked the lady if I could get a little guac for free in place of the corn and she turned it into an entire debate. She was extremely sassy and kept asking why I would even ask that and kept reiterating how she couldn?t even process that I would ask such a question. A simple ?no, sorry? would have sufficed and I would have understood. The unprofessionalism was appalling to be quite frank. On top of that, I asked for a tiny bit of sour cream and she DOUSED my entire bowl?
Always overwhelmed and underwhelmed. No sense to order online. Do you have to wait until it is done while you? re there even 15 min after the expected time.
The food was just what you could expect from Chipotle. The place was super busy, with a line that almost went to the street, but the staff was fast on the feet and held the line moving. But they refused to use the remaining room unless I made the line first and got the code from a purchase receipt; even after the explanation that I took out the purchase and did not want to take the food into the rest room with me.
They only make online orders. I went to the store, had problems with the Chipotle app, and she recommended I eat Uber or DoorDash. I don't pay for these services anymore when I went all the way.
