Dunkin' - New York City

The lady that help prepare the bagel, got the order wrong, the cashier explained to her and she rolled her eyes at the cashier and then at me . Proceed to prep aire my order and when done, almost slammed it at my hand and rolled her eyes and said , Hera your bagel with the worse attitude of life. Rude, rude, rude. She is the short white girl that works preparing the bagels. I’ll walk a bit further to the next one next time. Don’t need this attitude so early in the morning.

Worst ever singnature latte, worst ever coffee in dunkin. Waste of money.I don’t really these are called signature latte’s. Priced 5$

I suspect they cheat you out of whatever extras you paid for in your drinks. I'm lactose intolerant, so I can't have dairy or it will make me...explosively sick...if you get my meaning. So with that in mind, I must order my coffee, or lattes, or what-have-you with non-dairy milk. I usually pick almond milk. So I would order from this Dunkin and request almond milk. They take down my order and would put almond milk in my receipt. Of course, almond milk costs extra, and so they would charge me $0.80 for that almond milk. They do not actually put almond milk in my drink. They put regular cow milk. How do I know this? BECAUSE I WOULD GET EXPLOSIVELY SICK AFTER DRINKING IT. Now I know I can handle coffee, so that's not what's making me sick, I can drink it black with no problem; I don't have a coffee sensitivity. If there is dairy in the sweet syrup they use, it's not enough to make me sick unless half the cup is that dairy syrup (which I doubt it is since Dunkin is not known for being generous). The only conclusion left is either (1) they're unsanitary and basically giving me food poisoning or (2) they cheated me out of almond milk. This didn't just happen once. This happened five times. I, the dummy that I am, decided to keep giving this place a chance because it's close to my work. Every chance I give them was a huge mistake. Every time I order drinks from here, they will cheat me out of almond milk and give me regular milk and basically poison me. I'm left with severe stomach cramps that lasts hours until it finally ends with me desecrating the work bathroom. I'm sorry, co-workers. Blame this dunkin for CHARGING ME for almond milk and not giving it to me. If you have any type of food allergy, or if you're vegan, etc. and request almond milk, know that they will sneak in cow milk instead (but still charge you for that almond milk). What a scam.

How can you make coffee so good for consecutive weeks and months. I come to this Dunkin Donuts almost everyday but they make my coffee the way I want. Customer service is awesome. Even if it’s busy they are really fast to get your coffee right away. Big up to Fatema and her team. She’s awesome. Nothing feels better when you have a cup of coffee…..made in the away you want it. ?

Nice and roomy location. Window seating which is nice- directly across from fed reserve, just off maiden to the south. Easy to miss, as the street is more like a wide alley. Plus the guy gave me extra munchkins, and extra whip cream on my hot choc PSA: if ever I was to work at a Dunkin, it would just be a GIVEN, that EVERYONE GETS EXTRA MUNCHKINS EVERY TIME!!!!
