'la Cerveceria - New York City

One of my new favorite restaurants in new york! Tuesday evening was amazing. great happy hour and eating is fresh and regrettable. I have the burrata for app and for the main course we share the osso bouco cum was so delicious with polenta. but I was really impressed by the service. william makes us very welcome and he helps us to make the right decisions from the menu by being pushy. I can't wait to come back! thanks for a great evening.

Probably one of the worst meal I had in new york. charcuterie board was essentially the balls of cheap mozzarella they found in food business. octopus was so bad and I love otopus. everything else was a total disappointment. only what was in order was the burrata, but I mean, come on. I found it strange that this place was empty when we arrived despite the fantastic reviews while all surrounding restaurants were packed. I never leave reviews, but that was exceptionally bad and I really wish someone had warned me.

Unfortunately, while my eating was quite delicious, everyone on my table (of 4) was disappointed in the service (very slowly, although they say a coworker about the bar, tried very hard to be all for all.) at least one other person on our table was disappointed about the quality/taste of their foods and two were disappointed in the portion size. I asked for frank (the owner? who confirmed my reservation with about a week before our arrival) and a man who had imagined himself like marcello earlier came by and said he was frank. then he said marcello again. very confusing. it was not so busy though it is a small place, so the slow service does not really make sense. pretty sure to say that we probably don't go back. overall, good eating, not very good service (although we were more attentive than we were at the bar) we had better gallentines.

Not sure if it is a new owner, but the waiter really tried hard. the food just didn't cut it. the discouraged evening, like a waste of money.

We stumbled upon this quaint little restaurant when deciding where to eat with 8 people. The menu was great the food was great and the service was excellent. Cozy neighborhood place but worth traveling too.
