Feedback geven2 hours for two cold pizzas and soggy wings with little to no sauce waiting for them if you want better ingredients better pizza, I could suggest the dominos on the street.
It's just incredible pizza!! Also their special pizzas are simply amazing!!! Without Papa John's pizza would be easy, less pleasant pizza!
Avoid this Papa John 's! I had 3 experiences with this place and 2 were really negative. The first time I went, it took about 10 minutes to find out how to enter my voucher in the register. Then I had to hear the staff that screams back and forth. The second visit was unimaginable. A few minutes ago, I decided to pick up a pizza on the way home. I had a Carry Out special coupon, so I presented it to the cashier. He refused to honour the voucher because he said I had to order online. He stood on his floor and refused to accept the Papa John's coupon. I asked for a manager and said he was the manager. That was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you don't mind fighting the personnel and management that could not take care of the customer, then here is the place for you. It's sad because I live nearby and would have been a regular customer. But they obviously couldn't be less interested.
Unbelievable? Customer service?. I got a pizza with hair. Okay. My question came when I insisted on my pizza with hair... I called and asked for a new one. Standard practice. The manager tells me no, it's against her policy. My options were to go back to the store, for their mistake, or to be given a loan for a future pizza. I said we wanted to eat the pizza for dinner this night and just wanted a replacement. He said I can't just send a driver with a free pizza, I would need a ticket in the system, you can get the ones you have and get a replacement. I said you could... I saw it. You can enter the ticket for free and send a replacement, I am happy to give it to the driver. He asked what option he offered I preferred. I said I'm not comfortable with both options. So he said? Okay, me? I'll put the credits in the system for the next time.? How does he think there will be a next time? I checked with him that he was the branch manager of this place and he claimed he was. I called another dad and asked if this was the new policy. You said no? This is how this location will get any future business.
The workers here are great and will do their absolute best to make you happy, including pleasant conversation when you call. The food always comes out great too. No complaints ever in the years I've been using this location.
