The brisket ordered twice and was not disappointed. Nice part of delicate meat. The potato salad is delicious and the baked beans are smokey. Wish, that was Kornbread instead of a cookie on my plate.. I see low reviews from the food allergies of people who are simply wrong. The food car is not responsible for your bad food choices when you have allergies. It's a food truck! Definitely good food here and we will try the Tri-Tips next!

Food is always delicious their BBQ sauces are from this world. In addition, Richard remembers me from a weekend I worked with him when I was 15 and that was almost 10 years ago. You not only get great food, but you are treated like family! Definitely a small business that goes over and over good food service

BBQ is one of my favorite meals and I am extremely picky about texture, taste, the BBQ sauce. This place has hands down, mine will go to bbq on occasional weekend. Only Pitfall is that they are open only 3 days a week and I am only in the city of Mon-Fri. They're limited schedule is the only reason they don't get 5's.

I and my husband went there for the first time. We both have the pulled pig with baked beans and Cole Slav. Oh, wow it was so damn good. We will definitely be back

Great bbq and sides. I tried the apricot bbq sauce and it was deliciously fruity and tangy. I look forward to trying more of the menu.
