Mcdonald's - Newburgh

Listen, I know it 's McDonald 's... so I don 't set the bar high. But I went in Friday the 29th at about 8pm because the drive thru line was long. I waited at the register for 10 minutes and no-one took my order or even said hello. I finally gave up and tried the kiosk to order (which I 'm not fond of) only to find out I couldn 't pay cash and had to go the the register anyway. Of course now Charles is taking someones order. As soon as he finished with them he disappeared to other parts of the store. So AGAIN I waited 10 minutes with no-one saying a word to me much less helping me. My excuse me 's and could someone please take my order I even called Charles by name and was still ignored. It all fell on deaf ears until I finally got loud and another kid (still not Charles) came and asked me what was wrong? Are you kidding me? So I told him, he apologized, said he was working a different section but could help me to which I told him he didn 't need to apologize and thanked him for helping me. A few minutes later my order was put up (by Charles) but without sauce for the nuggets and no cups for my sweet teas... and you guessed it good Ole Charles would not even look at me much less answer me or fix the problem. Several minutes into me asking for help over and over Charles walked away, out thru the kitchen and the same young man that took my order had to again stop what he was doing to get me sauce and cups. I was not the only customer he did this too, a group of us took turns telling each other to stay calm... mostly because of the disrespect not the wait.

I go here 4 days a week while I'm at work and every single time I go I order the same thing and every single time I have to wait...so much for fast food. And to top it off they mess up my order every time as well. You better off going to the one around the corner because this place sucks.

Literally never come here, fountain machine did not work, the kiosks all didn't take credit card/apple pay and ran out of receipt paper so good luck finding your
