This location has had many different names over the years..this spot deserves to make it. our waitress Brittney was very good....explaining things and being extremely prompt with everything. started with a bargain glass of pinot grigio($2.75 for my wife...I had a manhattan($9 which was fine. we shared a garlic knots appetizer($5 which was really delicious. wife had the lobster ravioli($19 ....she said it was very good with small chunks of lobster meat. I had the lasagna($16 .....perfect sized portion and very tasty. No Italian bread was offered(maybe because we had the garlic knots? ...and no salad comes with the meal. so..if I had one complaint here..i'd say the meal is pricey. for dessert..we split a delicious tiramisu. things taste home made here...no cookie cutter olive garden food here. one minor quibble..our hotel offered a 10% off coupon for Nonni's. turns out its for one entrée only..so we saved a whopping $1.90 on like a $60 bill!! seemed insulting. nonni's is attractive and seems well run. overall..we enjoyed!
This was the first time eating at the new location. Have to say it was terrible, I wait staff was very useless had to give our order more them once. She did not pay attention to what we were saying, NOTE: at the time our party of four was the only table she had customers. (Erin M. should be retrained. Got the appetizers and My meatballs were raw. had to wait for 25 min for our appetizers. When I asked I was told the kitchen was under staffed. We were the only four people in their at the time. Two of my family ordered tiramisu was more like Boston cream pie. Then when I said something about it the waitress (Erin M. still charged me for it, I had to get another waitress she she did everything right and fixed it. I still would not recommend this place to any one and I will never eat there again. Unhappy Father on Father's day. Jasper
This place was very nice, little on the pricey part, but the food was fresh from scratch. I enjoyed my meal! The croutons tasted like soft garlic bread!! Yum!
Sunday brunch. Needs some work. Only breakfast items were bacon, quiche sausage. Rest were pasta items. Need fruit pastries. Have to order omelette from waitress. **** Mary was 8 for house vodka 10 for premium too much for a **** Mary!
Been wanting to go for years when in New London. Now in Newbury we make it down only to have a wonderful meal. Very casual dining with a great atmosphere. The waitress was super friendly and very informative. When asked what was good she knew the menu and knew what to recommend. My meal was wonderful. My wife had and amazing meal as well. The drinks were on point. The prices are very fair. You get what you pay for. Homemade pasta was delicious. I look forward to going back soon with friends and family. We have eaten in some very fine establishments and very rarely does the owner make the rounds to make sure that everybody was enjoying there meal. A
