Meet Treat - Newcastle upon Tyne

I highly recommend this restaurant. We arrived at 7 o'clock and were welcomed to stay until 10 o'clock, even though we originally thought it closed at 9 o'clock. When asking about items on the menu, they were fully explained to me and I was given the option to make any changes. There are plenty of options for vegan and vegetarian dishes if you ask. The restaurant is very clean, you can see the kitchen, the staff is very friendly, and the food presentation is excellent. I can't find anything to complain about. I will definitely return.

I had my sister's baby shower at this restaurant today and I must say, everything was perfect. The menu for our guests was fantastic and the food was delicious. Everyone loved the chicken dumplings and pigeon dish. The staff was friendly and we had a great time enjoying the relaxed atmosphere in the late afternoon and evening. I highly recommend this place!

Visited today after reading about it on a fab blog (New Girl in Toon) this morning. Was looking for somewhere relaxed for lunch and so pleased we found this place! Everything from start to finish was fantastic. A beautifully presented cosy cafe with a great atmosphere. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We ordered two courses of veggie food and drinks and everything was delicious. I was only sad there was no way I could fit a dessert in as their waffles sounded amazing. I will definitely be back soon.

Second time we have visited Just genuinely really like it here Helpful staff and really welcoming. Food is spot on. Tasty, Clean and authentic food. Really like the atmosphere. No complaints
