Feedback gevenI ordered 2 vegan nutella tower cake (I white, nutella is not vegan the cake is just chocolate cake) and a vegan cheeseburger. After they had paid for eating with my card on their online site, they called me and said the cakes were not on camp. we just wanted the cake really, so we asked to cancel the order. I waited one because the refund is shown in my bank, but nothing. after almost 3 weeks I called pizzaholic. They said they know nothing and I should call feed me online that takes the payment. feed me online said they have no question for a refund. they contacted the restaurant that said they delivered the things. how can pizzaholic products not be stored? have they been supporting to show the delivery time? the extradition-driver-docket. do they have to say that they ran out of stock this evening? what did they actually deliver to me? Anyway, feed me online can only refund if the restaurant says that they. nothing they can do and nothing I can do to get my refund. I have contacted trade standards and left annoyed critikens what I can think of. I'll take care of the food I eat from pizzaholic. it seems it's probably not vegan. if they can work in this shameful way, then it may not be a problem for them to serve meat to vegan and vegetarian.
Right dirty takeaway food but soouo good if this is the kind of dingen they want! they have such a great vegan menu!
Do not trust the staff at this time. I ordered a vegan chicken burger, but was asked with a suspicious bark like burger (without being informed or first asked). When I asked myself, they informed me that they had provided me another burger because they had problems with suppliers. when I called back at a later time (after consulting by citizen’s advice) to find out how her formal complaint procedure, was told to me by the employee with whom I talked that she should have placed my order, and they were surprised that I had received a replacement order without being asked before or informed about alleged supplier orders. as far as I can say, the employees have messed up my order and then lied to cover their own returns. vegans avoid. if they are willing to lie on a vegan and give them meat, they could do the same with potential allergens. that's all. on a side note it was also lukewarm when I got it.
I would like to think that I’m not one to complain unnecessarily but I feel like I have to this time. Our first few pizzas from here were out of this world and the kebabs were amazing. The third Pizza was also amazing, to the point where I couldn’t believe it wasn’t meat. Turns out it was meat. They apologised and sent out a second vegan pizza. This happened twice. Today I thought I’d give them one last try. I ordered at 8:30pm. And 10:30 my delivery arrived. I’d ordered a vegan chicken Kiev pizza and the pizza arrived with ham on it and no chips, so was clearly the wrong order. I’ve asked for a refund as by now it’s too late to eat anything. Like I said, I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but I am worried that vegans should be wary of this place and always double check. I’d hate for others to get meat instead of vegan alternatives. I’ve learned my lesson and will not be ordering again. Update: Was sent a text within about 10 minutes of informing the delivery driver that I wanted a refund. Should be refunded within 5 days. I appreciate this speedy response so wanted to make note on here. Still won’t chance it again. Updated from previous review on 20200825
Can’t say enough about how great the vegan food is from here! There is so much option from kebabs to pizza and garlic breads, everything i’ve tried from here I have loved, super tasty food
