The Red Coach Inc. - Niagara Falls

Overrated. I had a “Virgin Mary” that was pretty much tomato juice, spinach artichoke dip which was tasteless, and scallops florentine that had no flavor, soggy pasta and a drenching of gummy sauce. Dessert was a saving grace apparently baked somewhere else. Service was “meh” as well. Maybe it was just an off night

Every time we visit Niagara Falls, the Red Coach Restaurant is our favorite place to have dinner. For last 10 years the food and service remained amazing from the first romantic dinner to the cozy and relaxing dinner with kids.

This place is very cozy. We stayed when it was cold out. The restaurant and bar area was heated by a fireplace. The staff was friendly and professional. We had so much fun joking around and talking. The room was also very cozy and clean. I would stay again if ever I go back to Niagara Falls.

I didnt stay at the hotel, but visited the restaurant. The food was rotten. On top of that we told the waitress which agreed on that the smell was off. She took the plates and left. After a while I had to ask for her. She came back with no resolution or anything. I ask for the check for an appetizer we ate. They also charged for a plate that we couldn't eat because the remaining people were with no food, so we left. But before leaving i spoke to the manager. The customer service was worst. I talked to the manager about the situation, and he didnt care. It seems they are used to it but also i dont think they care for tourists. Very bad family memory for us. They changed my pasta experience for bad for the rest of my life. I can still taste the rotten food in my mouth. Vomit.

Rotten food. We visited the restaurant for a peaceful evening in our first day visiting the Niagara falls. We got there around 5:40pm and the restaurant was not busy or anything. We asked for 4 plates. When the food arrived it seemed odd. But we tasted it. The Chicken Pasta Primavera smelled rotten, it was bad. To top that I tasted it. It was rotten. We told the waitress and she agreed the smell was bad. I tried my plate and even though it was good I was not able to eat since I wanted to vomit. She went away but did not come back. Hungry and waiting, we asked for her. We paid for what we had ate, appetizer, and one plate; out of being honest people. But, while going out i spoke to the Manager. Worst than the food was his attitude. He DIDNT care. He said the kitchen was looking into it. I mean fine for their future clients, but the provided no customer service for us.
