The service was great, additional communication about your order. The staff was chipper and extra polite. Drinks were great as you would expect from a Starbucks
He was waiting for two coffees for almost half an hour. Only one employee works. They saw many people and went out. Two middle coffees were $10. Go away.
Oh, it was horrible. When I entered, I approached where the manager Anthony Drinks made, I said, excuse me several times, and he didn't even recognize me, all I wanted was an empty cup. So I went to cash and bought two of these plastics. And then my friend went to Freshii to buy himself a smoothie, and Anthony said to the worker there, you must refuse the service if they don't wear a mask. But he didn't tell us directly. The correct handling of this would ask us if we had a mask, and if not, we would like one. Turn off INSTANT. Especially because I just spent $20 at Starucks. When we told him we dressed our masks because I didn't even know we didn't wear them, we were in another store in that little lift, so we wore them. I asked the lady about his name, and she said she didn't know, she just knew he was the manager, so I asked him about his name. My only problem is that nobody wore a mask. The white couple and her kid behind me was not. The drinks he gave to people didn't wear masks. Just an elderly man. So why would he reject the service? I'm not saying it's a racing problem, I'm just saying we were black. I didn't buy Starucks in May because of their social controversy, and this experience just reminded me of why I did it.
I visited this Starbucks located in the hotel lobby on a Sunday morning. There was no wait and the employees were very welcoming. The coffee I ordered was hot and freshly brewed.
