La Mama - Nice

My wife and I together with 2 friends decided to have lunch here as we did last time we were in Nice, but we were disappointed; it was very ordinary and expensive for the quality of food on offer; I had a beef stew which was ok but not good, the meat being on the fatty side and my wife had cod which hadn't been cooked properly; we would not return again, unfortunately, since it is in quite a nice part of the old town.

This place is good for a quick lunch stop. Pizzas were nice and fresh, also the mussels. Price is good too. Lasagne looked very nice. Great place for larger groups or families.

Nice atmosphere, sat outside on the corner so nice location, great service, staff friendly. Food was lovely. Would return again
