Le Loft - Nice

Looking for breakfast our first morning, we tripped across this place. Warm and inviting with friendly staff. A good deal for breakfast with great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. We came back again.

After a few weeks of Café complet and you feel like an American style breakfast you will not find better food or value in Nice.Highly recommended.And as others have noted, the service is exceptionally friendly in either language.They have tables inside and out, but you order at the counter and pay there when you are done. They will prepare you meal fresh and quick and serve it at your table.They will squeeze the orange juice and make you coffee while the kitchen does your eggs to order.For a mere Euro 8.50 you will get coffee, juice, tartine (or croissant) with butter and confiture and eggs with chopped ham (and cheese if you ask). I had an omelette and my wife chose the scrambled version. Both delicious.They also have glass stew-pots to go and offer a daily soup in a generously large cup, more like a bowel.

We ate breakfast here and it was very tasty: coffee was great, toasts and smoothies were really tasty. There's lot of options. Everything was fresh! Prices were reasonable, nothing too expensive and still good.The staff was very friendly, even though we don't speak French :)

Very friendly service. Very nice coffee and croissant at a very reasonable price, which can be unusual in Nice. Heartily recommend this place to others.

Really tasteful sandwiches, bagels and other kind of filled paninis. Freshly squeezed orangejuice. Nice staff. This became our favorite breakfast place when visited in Nice! This place really made our mornings better.
