Hot Head Burritos - Niles

Delicious Bowls, Way better than chipotle, more food stuffed in.

I am a pure vegetarian and had ordered a veggie flamin hot nachos and I was surprised when I had chicken chunks in it. I made sure to change all the meat to vegetarian ingredients yet I ended up getting chicken in the order. On calling them about it they said there’s nothing they can do about it. They didn’t even apologize. Very inconsiderate and rude approach

Every time I get food from this location I leave satisfied… except for tonight whoever the new girl with bright red hair and neck tattoos is needs to be retrained and work on her customer service skills. It almost seemed like she was mad i was there ordering food.

As always, Hot Heads has been my place of comfort food. It's quick, it's easily customizable for every person, and specifically, this one has a great friendly staff. I'm sure others are the same, but I'm here often enough to see a lot of the same smiling faces behind the counter. Great job, keep it up!

Always love going here the Food is great, and the people are great. They have a huge selection of different things to put on your Burrito or Bowl. If you're ready for the next level of Chipotle this is the place!
