Best BBQ around. On site by an owner who was close to food and made his research on his craft... the craft is great bbq. The Brisket dinner came with two sides of corbread. The Brisket portions were quite full with a selection of red or white bbq sauce. Red was IMO more traditional, while white was a little creamier. The Mac cheese had a hint of garlic in it and gave it a little more. The maize cake was sweet and deeelicious. The staff was all friendly and personal, and we even have to chat with the owner/manager who was a nice guy and knew his stuff. Overall, we will be back for more good experiences.
Great little barbecue. Good prices. Good grill. Friendly people.
Best bbq in the area. I would call this a Texas style bbq, but they serve a white sauce, so I will call it only Southern style bbq. Smoke is perfect for everything from chicken to brisket. The pulled/hacked chicken sandwich was not dry at all. Had a perfect amount of rods and smoke. We went on Saturday and got the burned ends, the textbook burned ends, unlike others I had, the only chopped brisket. These were perfectly smoked, sown and thrown back smoke for another round. Mac and cheese is great, and the children fought over the last piece of cornbread. Only in this place is that they are open only 4 days a week. Probably a good thing, or I would weigh 2x what I already do. In any case, everything else on the menu will try again. Brisket tacos and D'philly are on top of my list.
Delicious! Perfectly seasoned rib tips and brisket. Just the right amount of smoke it's not overpowering like most BBQ joints in the area. I've been over 20 times and never disappointed. I still haven't tried any of the barbecue sauces because the meat is so good you don't need it.
