Delta Hotels By Marriott Norfolk Airport

They make you put up a deposit even after the room is completely payed for online. And then it has been 8 days and still have not got the deposit back. And I keep getting told to wait longer. But they did not want to wait for it.

Very clean rooms. Staff was very polite and professional. Definitely will keep this hotel in mind when I travel to the Norfolk area

Room is spacious and clean. The TV is smart, plenty of charge spots.Front desk lady is super friendly. She answered questions for us that we hadn't even had yet. Very informative.The bartender is fantastic. Sweet, knowledgeable, great sense of urgency and personal attentiveness. She juggles everything for the craziness of the last hour and last call very fluidly.The food at the lounge is incredible. I got some wings, with the buffalo sauce. It's a medium heat that is a light coverage, seems the sauce is made with butter (8 count , the shore drives fries (crab meat, cheeses, chives, bacon and the brisket Mac (potentially the best mac I've ever tasted. That BBQ sauce drizzle adds a sweet touch and the fried onions are a bit sweet with fantastic crisp.Too bad it's only for a night. The first part of my adventure was road tripping, and then we stayed in Williamsburg for a few nights, but we needed a hotel close to our next stop: Nauticus and Virginia Beach. But this hotel is a great option. It's a bit higher priced than I was intending for this particular trip, but you're not able to find any hotels in this area of Norfolk for much less, unless you want to go with something ghetto or sketchy far from Nauticus.

So the only things that was very important like the shower head, it didn't work. If I am paying for a great room then fix the shower head. And tv remote was missing. I had to ask the front desk for one.Safety: Yes
