Little Caesars Pizza - Norcross

Mrs. Crista was amazing. I love her energy and personality. She has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. If she isn’t a manager I suggest she gets raise and promotion.

Hot and ready not so hot and ready. I got there for an Online order that i had placed, at the time they said it would be finished. Upon getting there the door was locked, and it took the lady working there over 10 minutes to come to the door. When she came, she told me 10 15 minutes. After the time has passed, no one came to open the door this is during OPEN HOURS). I got my pizza 45 minutes later. For a company that prides itself in HOT and READY , they sure take longer than any other place I've been to. Terrible customer service.

All the pizzas are tasty, delicious, I like the Hawaiian one the best.

Great for a quick bite. Ready in minutes. Each pizza cut by hand. Awesome!!!

I placed an order online and the estimated delivery time was supposed to be 7:45 p.m. I wanted to cancel my order but they didn't give me a choice, so I had to wait outside the store for more than 50 minutes, that's really bad service. Since the pizzas were delivered to me after 8:30 at night, and it is worth mentioning that the woman who cooked the pizzas worked extremely slowly. In service they do not deserve even 1 star.
