Auntie Anne's - Norfolk

The variety of pretzel snacks is really delicious! This little spot is conveniently located inside the Walmart Supercenter, near the grocery entrance, right across from the deli and produce sections. It’s a great place to grab a quick snack while you shop.

My last three experiences ordering from this location have been frustrating due to consistent errors. I really enjoy Auntie Anne's and frequently visit the NEX location, but this branch is disappointing. The first time I ordered through Grubhub, I received a medium lemonade instead of the large I requested, and they forgot one of the two dipping sauces. The second time, when I ordered in person, I mistakenly got nacho cheese instead of cream cheese. On my third visit, I ordered a cookie from their Subway counter along with my pretzel and asked to try the new chocolate mint chip cookie, but I ended up with a regular chocolate chip cookie instead. I haven't received a complete and correct order yet.

I ordered two pretzel dogs and a hot dog, but the dough was raw. Please make sure to check your orders before leaving the counter. They’ve lost my business.

As I was standing in line today to order, I saw an employee changing out the lemonade containers. I quickly changed my mind about ordering anything when the employee put her bare hands (no gloves) down INSIDE the lemonade container. ???? I will not be going back to this location.
