I had dinner tonight before a concert next door, and everything was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our waiter, Vlad, was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. When he found out it was my birthday, he surprised me with cheesecake and a special drink from the bar. Cedric also came by to check in on us and ensure everything was going smoothly. The food was excellent, but it's really the exceptional service that makes this place a standout.

The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is good. They offer a full-service bar, too. I've always received the correct order and my drinks have arrived promptly. Just keep in mind that it's a smaller bar, so it might take a bit longer when it's busy. Overall, both Derek and Cedric are friendly bartenders. Cheers!

This place could easily become my favorite sports bar in town! The food is excellent, and there are plenty of TVs showing nearly every major sport. However, the waitstaff needs to improve their attentiveness to customers. I shouldn't have to wave down a server to take my order after waiting for 15-20 minutes. When a customer is sitting with a menu in front of them, it typically means their order hasn’t been taken yet. It would be great if the staff could be trained to recognize these signs. Just a suggestion!

I used to love this restaurant, but since manager Cedric left, the customer service has really declined. The bartender, Derrick, seems like he doesn't want to be there. I had to wait 20 minutes for him to return to the bar to refill my drink and take my order because he was busy watching people out the window. None of the waitstaff greets customers when they arrive; they always need to be called from the back. The food is good, but the atmosphere feels very unwelcoming. With a new location opening up in Chesapeake, I think it might be time to consider closing this one down—it’s barely making it.

I had to change my review from five stars to one after giving it a month and five visits to fully decide that this place has gone from fantastic to awful, all because of the change in management. The previous manager, Cedric, was attentive and on top of things, but the new manager treats patrons like intruders. I get nothing but one-word responses when I place my order, and his attitude is extremely rude. However, when an attractive young woman comes in, he suddenly becomes overly attentive, which feels really uncomfortable. While the food itself isn't bad, that’s not why I used to come here. Now that the service has deteriorated so much, I won’t be returning unless I hear that the new manager has left or been fired. I went from being a regular customer to deciding to never come back again.
